 MISSION STATEMENT

The Trustee and his staff, through administration of Chapter 13 cases, will assist the bankruptcy community, including debtors, creditors, attorneys and the judiciary. The statutory duties of a bankruptcy trustee will be performed by assisting debtors in the successful completion of Chapter 13 plans, furnishing of accurate and timely information to debtors, creditors, attorneys and the judiciary, and providing timely repayment of claims as prescribed by confirmed Chapter 13 plans and other orders of the Court. The value of bankruptcy administration will be enhanced through quality service and effective use of technology.
